about

An infamous Balkan punk rock rhythm section. Guitar shredding and soul singing from the Netherlands. Piano playing and caterwauling from Texas. The four members of R.O.T.S. each hail from a different country, but they've spent the last couple of years building a reputation throughout the Balkans and the Netherlands for energetic live shows and original material.  Now they regularly write, record, and tour together, playing bars and festivals, and opening up for folks like Golden Earring.

Ruud Borgers (Netherlands) is a singer, songwriter and guitarist who has been performing for nearly three decades.  His bands Bo the Rude, Reddmoon and Takkedak have been instrumental in defining the Netherlands' rock scene. Tony Barilla (Texas) is a songwriter and musician who's been writing and performing music ever since he first snuck into his first blues bar at the age of fourteen. Miloš Dražević (Serbia) and Mladen Marinković (Bosnia) spent nearly a decade working together as Kosovo's loudest rhythm section, touring and performing with notorious garage/punk band Hosenfefer.
